Excellerate Learning provides one-to-one and small group tutoring for students. While our services are aimed at students, all arrangements (bookings, payments, and communication) are handled with the student’s parent or guardian unless the student is an adult.

• Online Lessons: Delivered via Google Meet and BitPaper.

• In-Person Lessons: May be offered on request, subject to availability and agreement.

• Supervision: For younger students, we expect a quiet and supervised learning environment during lessons.

• Session Conduct: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel lessons if a student behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive manner.

• Payment Methods: Bank transfer or PayPal.

• Payment Frequency: Charged per lesson, usually payable on a regular agreed basis.

• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a lesson, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that schedules change. You may cancel or miss a lesson without incurring a charge. However, we appreciate as much notice as possible.

• Lesson Recordings: We may record lessons for internal quality purposes, but student video will not be recorded.

• Lesson Notes: We take notes during each session, and progress summaries may be shared with parents or guardians periodically.

All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our tutoring is intended to support and enhance a student’s academic development. While we aim to help each student progress, we do not guarantee specific grades, exam outcomes, or school admissions.
